This is a larger plein air piece, painted during the 2025 Door County Plein Air Festival. I love the morning light with the main part of the building in the shadow, which creates some nice contrast within the painting. The Crush sign is iconic and the flower plantings are different every year. This is one of my favorite scenes in all of Door County, Wisconsin.
